Demo · Blueno → chronicle share
What crosses the therapy room is chosen and sourced
Between-session reflection with client control
Blueno helps you reflect between visits. You pick what your therapist sees, with timestamps and sources.
New here?
Cosmos is a personal memory graph from Polarity Lab. You connect apps you already use. Any AI agent can read it through MCP before it replies.
Sam is in therapy and wants reflection without losing agency over what gets shared.

Provenance and client authorship at a clinical boundary

- Path
- Where you said you are headed. Cosmos reads it before giving advice.
- Briefing
- What Cosmos surfaces at the start of a session: goals, drift, and what is due.
- Connectors
- Apps that suggest moments from your week. You keep, edit, or dismiss each one.
- Week card
- A short Sunday compile of the moments that counted this week.
- Drift
- The gap between what you declared and what your week actually showed.
- Recall
- Something you learned that is due for review before you forget.
01 · Two weeks in Blueno
Blueno is a reflective chat from Polarity Lab, built for between-session conversation.
Sam talks over two weeks. The tone is familiar, not a mood chart or streak counter.
02 · Sam builds a chronicle
Sam selects passages to share with their therapist.
Each passage shows when it was said and where it came from: a chat turn or a capture.
03 · Therapist view
The therapist sees the chronicle, not the raw log.
Sam can revoke or edit what was shared.
04 · Optional agent ground
With Sam's consent, an agent can brief on themes Sam already approved for cross-session work.
It does not invent diagnoses or cheerlead.
05 · Without this model
A typical therapy app offers mood scores, engagement streaks, and AI insights without verbatim sources.
Sam does not control what crosses the clinical boundary.
Closing
Reflection with provenance the client controls, not a dashboard that narrates first.
